All of our jewelry will arrive in a heat-sealed clear plastic bag. You can exchange or return your jewelry for any reason so long you haven't opened the plastic bag. Open the bag and we will not accept it back for any reason. We've adopted this policy in order to protect all of our customers from blood-borne illnesses that could be transmitted via previously worn jewelry. Please be sure to inspect the jewelry for size and color before you tear or cut the bag! All of our merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects even if you have opened the plastic bag.
Please write a little explanation of the return on either the original invoice or a copy of it. We'll need to know whether you are requesting a refund, exchanging for completely different merchandise, or an exchange due to product defect. Simply repack the invoice and jewelry in the padded envelope it arrived in and place it all in a fresh envelope of any variety. Any information that you supply to us directly or via PayPal is used only to facilitate transactions that are initiated by you.
